All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days to arrive, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Overnight Shipping
We also offer overnight shipping for customers who need their orders faster. Overnight orders must be placed before our daily cutoff time to be shipped the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays & Carrier Issues
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volume. PrettyUniqueKo Cosmetics is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
PrettyUniqueKo Cosmetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience this issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
